2s. 940.225 (1), (2) or (3) and states that a complaint has been made under s. 968.01

5or both, confirms with law enforcement authorities that a complaint on behalf of the
6woman about the sexual assault has been made under s. 968.01 (2) or (3), makes a
7notation to this effect and places the notation in the woman's medical record.

AB441-SA1-AA1,2,98 (b) The 24-hour period required under sub. (3) (c) 1. (intro.) and L. and 2.
9(intro.) is reduced to at least 2 hours if all of the following are first done:

AB441-SA1-AA1,2,1210 1. The woman alleges that the pregnancy is the result of incest under s. 948.06
11(1) and states that a complaint has been made under s. 968.01 (2) or (3) about the
12incest.

AB441-SA1-AA1,2,1613 2. Whoever provides the information that is required under sub. (3) (c) 1. or 2.,
14or both, confirms with law enforcement authorities that a complaint on behalf of the
15woman about the incest has been made under s. 968.01 (2) or (3), makes a notation
16to this effect and places the notation in the woman's medical record.".".
