Relating to: the exemption of certain farm-raised deer and venison from regulation by the department of natural resources, fencing of farm-raised deer, liability for damages caused by dogs, licensing of establishments that slaughter certain deer and the duties and authority of the department of agriculture, trade and consumer protection concerning domestic animals.
