The Honorable, The Legislature:
The 1995 biennial budget established the Council on Workforce Excellence to oversee the planning, coordination, administration and implementation of many of the State's employment and education programs. Appointment to the Council are expected shortly.
In lieu of Workforce Excellence Council report for 1995, the Department is submitting the report of the Human Resource Investment Council, which is its predecessor.
