1997 WISCONSIN ACT 337

An Act to create 125.07 (1) (b) 6. of the statutes; relating to: providing alcohol beverages to an underage person.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

337, s. s. 1 Section 1. 125.07 (1) (b) 6. of the statutes is created to read:

125.07 (1) (b) 6. Only one penalty may be imposed under this paragraph for each underage person who is provided alcohol beverages contrary to this section or a local ordinance in conformity with this section.

(1) This act first applies to penalties imposed on the effective date of this subsection.
