1999 WISCONSIN ACT 137

An Act to renumber 341.51 (6); and to create 341.51 (6) (b) of the statutes; relating to: issuing dealer registration plates to motor vehicle salvage pools.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

137, s. s. 1 Section 1. 341.51 (6) of the statutes is renumbered 341.51 (6) (a).

137, s. s. 2 Section 2. 341.51 (6) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

341.51 (6) (b) Notwithstanding sub. (1), a motor vehicle salvage pool licensed as a wholesaler under s. 218.01 may, but need not, apply for registration under this section.
