In this chapter:
"Board" means the natural resources board.
"Department" means the department of natural resources.
"Expedited service" means a process under which a person is able to renew a snowmobile certificate in person and with only one appearance at the site where certificates are issued.
" Headlamp barrier" means a fence, natural growth, difference in elevation or other means of restricting the view that users of an adjacent roadway have of headlamps on a snowmobile trail.
"Immediate family" means persons who are related as spouses, as siblings or as parent and child.
"Intoxicant" means any alcohol beverage, controlled substance, controlled substance analog or other drug or any combination thereof.
