Assembly Bill 767, relating to the income and franchise tax credit for sales tax and use tax paid on fuel and electricity consumed in manufacturing and
Assembly Bill 768, relating to references to the Internal Revenue Code for income and franchise tax purposes, as a matter of public policy.

Assembly Bill 768 regarding references to the Internal Revenue Code for income and franchise tax purposes was referred to the joint committee on Finance. Pursuant to Assembly Rule
42 (3)(c), I hereby withdraw
Assembly Bill 768 from the joint committee on Finance and re-refer that bill to the Assembly Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Gard has been notified of this re-referral and approves.
