The Senate was called to order by Senator Fred Risser.

Senator Chvala, with unanimous consent, asked to be added as a coauthor of Senate Joint Resolution

Senator Chvala, with unanimous consent, asked that Senate Bill 378 be withdrawn from the committee on Judiciary, Consumer Affairs, and Campaign Finance Reform and referred to the committee on Environmental Resources.
Senator Welch, with unanimous consent, asked to be added as a cosponsor of Assembly Joint Resolution 79.
