AB316,1,2 1An Act to amend 20.866 (2) (y) of the statutes; relating to: state purchase of a

This bill increases the authorized program revenue supported borrowing
authority of the state by $42,600,000 for the 1999-2001 fiscal biennium for the
purpose of purchasing a Justice Center building.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB316, s. 1 3Section 1. 20.866 (2) (y) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB316,1,74 20.866 (2) (y) Building commission; housing state departments and agencies.
5From the capital improvement fund, a sum sufficient to the building commission for
6the purpose of housing state departments and agencies. The state may contract
7public debt in an amount not to exceed $387,646,600 $430,246,600 for this purpose.

1(1) 1999-2001 State building program addition. In 1999 Wisconsin Act 9,
2section 9107 (1), the following project is added to the 1999-2001 state building
