Relating to: authorizing an employee of a school district, cooperative educational service agency, charter school, private school, the Wisconsin School for the Deaf, or the Wisconsin Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired to subject an individual's blood to a test for the presence of the virus that causes acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.
