In accordance with Joint Rule 81(2), it is moved that the Assembly Committee on Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 20, 2003, for the consideration of Senate Bill 41.
Ayes: 5 - Representatives Gard, Foti, Hundertmark, Freese and Vrakas.
Noes: 3 - Representatives Kreuser, Turner and Sherman.

Representative Stone asked unanimous consent that the Assembly adjourn in memory of Christine Rathke, who was killed in a car accident, for her contributions to her community and state as a student and athlete at Franklin High School and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Granted.
