The following motion was approved by the committee on Assembly Organization:
In accordance with Joint Rule
81(2), it is moved that the Assembly Committee on Organization authorize that the Legislature meet in Extraordinary Session at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, August 11, 2003, solely for the purpose of taking action on the following gubernatorial vetoes:
Sections 943m, 1532m, 2043d, 2043h, 2043s, 2043u, 2043w and 2043y of Senate Bill 44, relating to state finances and appropriations, constituting the executive budget bill of the 2003 Legislature.
Ayes: 4 - Representatives Foti, Hundertmark, Freese and Vrakas.
Noes: 1 - Representative Turner.

In accordance with Joint Rule
81(2), it is moved that the Senate Committee on Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, August 11, 2003, solely for the purpose of taking action on the following gubernatorial vetoes: Senate Bill 44, relating to state finances and appropriations, constituting the executive budget bill of the 2003 Legislature. Veto: Sections 2043d, 2043h, 2043s, 2043u, 2043w, 2043y, 943m and 1532m.
Ayes: 3 - Senators Panzer, A. Lasee and Zien.
Noes: 2 - Senators Erpenbach and Hansen.
