The following motion was approved by the committee on Assembly Organization:
In accordance with Joint Rule
81(2), it is moved that the Assembly Committee on Organization authorize that the Legislature meet in Extraordinary Session at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, December 1, 2003, solely for the consideration of Assembly Bill 655 and Senate Bill 313.
Ayes: 5 - Representatives Gard, Foti, Hundertmark, Freese and Vrakas.
Noes: 3 - Representatives Kreuser, Richards and Turner.

In accordance with Joint Rule
81(2), it is moved that the committee on Senate Organization authorize the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, December 1, 2003, solely for the consideration of Assembly Bill 655 and Senate Bill 313.
Ayes: 3 - Senators Panzer, A. Lasee and Zien.
Noes: 2 - Senators Erpenbach and Hansen.
