In accordance with Joint Rule 81(2), it is moved that the committee on Senate Organiztion authorizes the Legislature to meet in Extraordinary Session at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, August 11, 2003, solely for the purpose of taking action on the following gubernatorial veto:
Senate Bill 44. Relating to state finances and appropriations, constituting the executive budget bill of the 2003 legislature. Veto: Sections 2043d, 2043h, 2043s, 2043u, 2043w, 2043y, 943m and 1532m.

Noes: (2) Senators Erpenbach and Hansen
