The Assembly met in the Assembly Chamber located in the State Capitol.
Speaker Pro Tempore in the chair.
Representative J. Fitzgerald asked unanimous consent that the prayer, pledge of allegiance and attendance roll call from regular session be applied to the special session. Granted.
