2009 WISCONSIN ACT 208

An Act to amend 120.13 (37) (a) 1. of the statutes; relating to: granting high school diplomas to certain veterans with service-connected disabilities.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

208, s. 1 Section 1. 120.13 (37) (a) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

120.13 (37) (a) 1. Is at least 65 years old, or is at least 55 years old and has a service-connected disability.
