2009 WISCONSIN ACT 331

An Act relating to: additions to the 2009-11 Authorized State Building Program.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

331, s. 1 Section 1. Nonstatutory provisions.

(1) 2009-11 State building program additions. In 2009 Wisconsin Act 28, section 9106 (1), the following projects are added to the 2009-11 Authorized State Building Program and the appropriate totals are increased by the amounts shown: - See PDF for table

(2) Freshwater Sciences Initiative research building. Notwithstanding section 18.04 (1) and (2) of the statutes, $6,600,000 in public debt authorized for the Freshwater Sciences Initiative research building project, as enumerated under 2009 Wisconsin Act 28, section 9106 (1) (g) 2., as affected by this act, may not be contracted until after June 30, 2011.

(3) Kenwood Integrated Research complex. Notwithstanding section 18.04 (1) and (2) of the statutes, $43,400,000 in public debt authorized for the Kenwood Integrated Research complex project, as enumerated under 2009 Wisconsin Act 28, section 9106 (1) (g) 2., as affected by this act, may not be contracted until after June 30, 2011, and $30,000,000 authorized for the project may not be contracted until after June 30, 2013.
