2009 WISCONSIN ACT 6

An Act to repeal 29.426 and 29.428 of the statutes; relating to: catch and release bass and muskellunge fishing.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

6, s. 1 Section 1. 29.426 of the statutes is repealed.

6, s. 2 Section 2. 29.428 of the statutes is repealed.
