2009 WISCONSIN ACT 61

An Act to renumber and amend 118.40 (2r) (fm) of the statutes; relating to: establishing or contracting for the establishment of a charter school.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

61, s. 1 Section 1. 118.40 (2r) (fm) of the statutes is renumbered 118.40 (3) (e) and amended to read:

118.40 (3) (e) When establishing or contracting for the establishment of a charter school under this subsection, an section, a school board or entity specified under par. sub. (2r) (b) shall consider the principles and standards for quality charter schools established by the National Association of Charter School Authorizers.
