2011 WISCONSIN ACT 235

An Act to repeal 341.10 (6m) of the statutes; relating to: the registration of certain military vehicles by the Department of Transportation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

235, s. 1 Section 1. 341.10 (6m) of the statutes is repealed.

235, s. 2 Section 2. Initial applicability.

(1) This act first applies to applications for registration received by the department of transportation on the effective date of this subsection.

235, s. 3 Section 3. Effective date.

(1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month beginning after publication.
