Mr. Fuller:
I am writing in regard to the vote on Special Session Assembly Bill 11 early Friday morning, February 25, 2011.
I want to make clear that I was present in the Assembly Chamber and at my seat when the vote took place. However, I was denied the right to vote and to represent my constituents. I would have voted to oppose SS AB 11, had I been allowed to vote. I would like the record to reflect this fact.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Cory Mason

Dear Chief Clerk Fuller:
Had the majority party allowed the votes of all of the members in the chamber on passage of Special Session Assembly Bill 11 to be cast I would have voted no. Please let the record reflect that.
Despite the decisions and actions of the majority during this debate, I also want to thank you for the hard work you and your staff put in during consideration of this legislation.
Thank you and best wishes,
John Steinbrink
