Senator Coggs, with unanimous consent, asked the when the Senate adjourn, it do so in honor of the passing of Mr. Tom Walker of the Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association. He was characterized as a hard negotiator, but a fair negotiator.
Senator Jauch, with unanimous consent, asked the when the Senate adjourn, it do so in memory of his mother Janet, who just celebrated her 88th birthday two days ago. As many of you may know, she went through a bout of lung cancer two years ago and at the age of 86, was out of the hospital two days after experiencing lung cancer surgery; she is a strong individual with a great attitude. Unfortunately, that cancer returned so she went through, at the age of 87 and a half, 33 radiation treatments, and just a week ago was given a very clean bill of health from her physicians.
Senator Fitzgerald, with unanimous consent, asked the when the Senate adjourn, it do so in honor of his mother-in-law Louise D. Will. Louise passed away on Friday, October 7th at her home surrounded by her loving family after a brief battle with cancer. Louise and her husband Elvin Will were married for 54 years and had two daughters, Diane and Senator Fitzgerald's wife Lisa, and one son Douglas. Louise and her husband Elvin established the Will Family Scholarship, which is awarded annually to a graduate of Hustisford High School. Louise will be sorely missed by her family and her many friends in the Hustisford community.
