SB1-AA4,1,5 42. Page 127, line 7: delete the material beginning with "Any" and ending with

SB1-AA4,1,9 63. Page 127, line 22: delete lines 22 and 23 and substitute "functional values
7of wetlands shall contain proposed projects for mitigation, including a schedule for
8implementing the projects, and all federal mitigation measures, if applicable. The
9department may not consider".
SB1-AA4,1,12 104. Page 128, line 2: after "schedule. " insert "In preparing the program, the
11applicant shall identify and consider mitigation that could be conducted within the
12same watershed in which the mining site is located.".
