Senator Leibham that Clearinghouse Rule 10-130 be recommended for
modifications requested with the following motion:
The
Senate Committee on Elections and Urban Affairs requests that the Government
Accountability Board consider modifications to Clearinghouse Rule 10-130. If
the board does not provide written acceptance of the request to consider
modifications, delivered to Senator Mary Lazich Chair of the Committee, by 4:00
PM, Tuesday, May 27, 2014, then, pursuant to s. 227.19 (4) (d) 6., Stats., the
Committee objects to Clearinghouse Rule 10-130, on the grounds that the
proposed rule is arbitrary and capricious.
Ayes: (3) Senator Lazich; Senators Leibham and Lasee.
Noes: (2) Senators L. Taylor and Miller.
