Representative Hebl asked unanimous consent that the Assembly adjourn in memory of Margaret “Elaine” Dunn of Sun Prairie, who passed away on September 23. Elaine was a volunteer tour guide for the Governor’s Mansion for 20 years. Granted.
Representative Hebl asked unanimous consent that the Assembly adjourn in honor of Kevin Kennedy, Director and General Counsel, Government Accountability Board. Granted.
Representative Hebl asked unanimous consent that the Assembly adjourn in honor of the members of the Government Accountability Board; Judge Gerald Nichol, Judge Elsa Lamelas, Judge Thomas Barland, Judge John Franke, Judge Harold Froehlich and Judge Timothy Vocke. Granted.
Representative Hebl asked unanimous consent that the Assembly adjourn in honor of Sun Prairie resident, Dean Strohmenger, a Korean War veteran who went on the Badger Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. in September. Granted.
Representative Hebl asked unanimous consent that the Assembly adjourn in honor of Kirby Davidson of Sun Prairie, who was awarded Lead Volunteer of the Year by the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. Kirby is a tireless advocate for cancer research, who gets his inspiration from his son Ryan who passed away at 16 after a 10 year battle with brain cancer. Granted.
Representative Hebl asked unanimous consent that the Assembly adjourn in honor of Kieran Connor, a Sun Prairie High School ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher who was presented with the Sun Prairie Education Association’s Golden Apple Award. The award is presented to those that go above and beyond their job duties. Granted.
