SB21,185,23 19.58 (1) (a) Any person who intentionally violates any provision of this subchapter except s. 19.45 (13) or 19.59 (1) (br), or a code of ethics adopted or established under s. 19.45 (11) (a) or (b), shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than one year in the county jail or both.

SB21,475 Section 475. 20.002 (11) (b) 2. of the statutes is amended to read:

Except as provided in subd. 3, the secretary of administration shall limit the total amount of any temporary reallocations to the general fund at any one time during a fiscal year to an amount equal to 5% 9 percent of the total amounts shown in the schedule under s. 20.005 (3) of appropriations of general purpose revenues, calculated by the secretary as of that time and for that fiscal year. During the 2013-15 fiscal biennium, the amount that may be reallocated under this subdivision during a fiscal year may not exceed 9 percent of such revenues.

Except as provided in pars. (a), (h), (i), (j), and (u), all moneys received by the department, other than by the office of credit unions and the division of banking department for banking functions, and 88% of all moneys received by the office of credit unions and the department's division of banking department for banking functions, shall be credited to this appropriation, but any balance at the close of a fiscal year under this appropriation shall lapse to the general fund. Annually, $325,000 $150,000 of the amounts received under this appropriation account shall be transferred to the appropriation account under s. 20.575 (1) (g).
