Moved by Senator Feyen, seconded by Representative Swearingen That the Joint Survey Committee on Tax Exemptions finds that the tax exemption provisions of Assembly Bill 64/Senate Bill 30 are appropriate public policy. .

Noes:     (2)     Senator Carpenter; Representative Young.

THAT THE JOINT SURVEY COMMITTEE ON TAX EXEMPTIONS FINDS THAT THE TAX EXEMPTION PROVISIONS OF ASSEMBLY BILL 64/SENATE BILL 30 ARE APPROPRIATE PUBLIC POLICY.  RECOMMENDED, Ayes 6, Noes 2
