Moved by Representative Allen, seconded by Representative Horlacher that Clearinghouse Rule 20-070 be recommended for Objection in part to the requirement for completion of equity training prior to licensure as a Tier II speech-language pathologist, as created in s. PI 34.040 (2) (j) under Clearinghouse Rule 20-070, relating to speech-language pathologist licenses (DPI), on the grounds that the part of the rule conflicts with s. 118.19 (8), Stats., of state law, and is arbitrary and capricious..

Noes:     (3)     Representatives Brostoff, Baldeh and Moore Omokunde.
