Med 15.01 Med 15.01 Authority and purpose. The rules in this chapter are adopted by the medical examining board pursuant to the authority delegated by ss. 15.08 (5), 227.11 and 448.40, Stats., and further define the practice of medicine and surgery.

Med 15.02 Med 15.02 Tattooing and body piercing. The practice of medicine and surgery is further defined not to include tattooing and body piercing when done for purposes of bodily adornment.
