NR 438.04(2)(h) (h) A description of fugitive emissions, their type, source, operating schedule, estimated emissions or throughput, and control technique and estimated control efficiency.
NR 438.04(3) (3)Fuel combustion. For fuel combustion units, the emission inventory report shall include:

NR 438.04(3)(c) (c) Types of fuel burning equipment for each boiler.

NR 438.04(3)(f) (f) The type of air pollution control equipment in use and the actual control efficiency in percent.
NR 438.04(4) (4)Manufacturing processes. For manufacturing processes which emit air contaminants, the emission inventory report shall include:

NR 438.04(4)(b) (b) Source classification code.
NR 438.04(4)(c) (c) Quantity of raw materials used and handled for each process, maximum quantity per hour, and actual quantity per year.
NR 438.04(4)(d) (d) Description of annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly and daily operating cycle including downtime for maintenance and repairs.
NR 438.04(4)(e) (e) The type air pollution control equipment in use and the actual capture and control efficiency in percent.
NR 438.04(5) (5)Incineration. For all incineration equipment, the emission inventory report shall include:

NR 438.04(5)(b) (b) Type or description of waste.
NR 438.04(5)(c) (c) Percent of waste which is combustible.
NR 438.04(5)(d) (d) Capacity of incinerator in pounds of waste per hour.
NR 438.04(5)(e) (e) Residence time of the combustion products in the combustion chamber.
NR 438.04(5)(f) (f) Description of annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly and daily operating cycle including downtime for maintenance and repairs.
NR 438.04(5)(g) (g) The type of air pollution control equipment in use and the actual control efficiency in percent.
NR 438.04(6) (6)Other air contaminants. For all other air contaminant emissions from a facility, the emission inventory report shall include:
NR 438.04(6)(a) (a) Identification of the air contaminant and its associated identifier number which is supplied to the source by the department.
NR 438.04(6)(b) (b) Annual, actual emissions of the air contaminant.
NR 438.04(6)(c) (c) Units of reported emissions.
NR 438.04(6)(d) (d) Method of determination of emissions.
