NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL TO CLEARINGHOUSE

On January 8, 2015, the Accounting Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
Statutory Authority: 
This proposed rule affects Wis. Admin. Code chapter Accy 1 to 9 relating to updating accounting practices and standards.
Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 096-13, was approved by the Governor on July 23, 2013, published in Register No. 692 on August 14, 2013 and approved by Accounting Examining Board on September 3, 2013.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on February 17, 2015 at 1400 East Washington Avenue, Room 121, Madison, Wisconsin (enter at 55 North Dickinson Street).
