NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF PROPOSED RULES TO
THE JOINT LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL STAFF
NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to s. 227.14 (4m), Stats., that on this date, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin submitted a proposed rule to the Legislative Council Staff (Rules Clearinghouse) for review. The proposed rule, Commission docket 1-AC-245, brings Wis. Admin. Code ch. PSC 133 into conformity with 2013 Wisconsin Act 300 by allowing a natural gas public utility to serve in another gas utility’s territory under certain circumstances.
The Statement of Scope for this rule, SS 052-14, was approved by the Governor on May 15, 2014, published in Register No. 702 on June 14, 2014, and approved by the Commission at its open meeting of July 2, 2014.
A public hearing is necessary and will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Public Service Commission building at 610 North Whitney Way, Madison, Wisconsin.
