Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On January 28, 2015, the Real Estate Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter REEB 16, relating to use of approved forms. A related emergency rule, EmR 1503, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 059-14, was approved by the Governor on June 9, 2014, published in Register No. 702B, on June 30, 2014, and approved by the Real Estate Examining Board on August 21, 2014. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on February 26, 2015.
