Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On January 28, 2015, the Real Estate Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters REEB12 & 25, relating to real estate applications and education.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 057-13, was approved by the Governor on May 17, 2013, published in Register No. 690A, on June 14, 2013, and approved by the Real Estate Examining Board on June 30, 2013. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on February 26, 2015.
