Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On February 18, 2015, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 20, relating to minor changes to fisheries administrative code.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 094-14, was approved by the Governor on August 27, 2014, published in Register No. 705A on October 1, 2014, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on October 29, 2014. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on March 16, 2015.
