The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. SUBJECT: Fertilizer and Related Products

The department will hold a public hearing on this rule on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, in Madison.
The scope statement for this rule, SS 124-14, was approved by the Governor on November 7, 2014, published in Register No. 707B on November 30, 2014, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on December 17, 2014.
