DCF 150, Appendix D, Maximum Birth Cost Judgment Amounts for Low-Income Payers at 75% to 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

DCF 150, Appendix D, provides the maximum birth cost judgment amounts for low-income payers at 75% to 150% of the federal poverty guidelines. Section DCF 150.05 (2) (c) provides that the department shall revise the schedule in Appendix D every year based on changes in the federal poverty guidelines. The department shall publish revisions to the schedule in the Wisconsin Administrative Register. The last revision of ch. DCF 150, Appendix D, was published on February 9, 2015. The attached ch. DCF 150, Appendix D, indicates the maximum birth cost judgment amounts for low-income payers at 75% to 150% of the 2016 federal poverty guidelines. The revised Appendix D will be effective March 1, 2016.
