NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PARENTAL CHOICE PROGRAM FOR ELIGIBLE SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND
OTHER SCHOOL DISTRICTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 118.60 (11) (a), Stats., and interpreting s. 118.60, Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold two public hearings as follows to consider the creation of Chapter PI 48 relating to the parental choice program for eligible school districts and other school districts. These hearings will be regarding both the PI 48 emergency and permanent rule changes.

*For those who cannot attend one of the public hearings, comments received by the Department will be given the same weight as testimony.
