NOTICE OF HEARING
Emergency Rule Relating to the Licensing of Bases for Mobile Retail Operations
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (“Department”) announces that it will hold a public hearing on an emergency rule relating to the licensing of bases for mobile retail operations. Emergency rule ATCP 75 took effect on July 1, 2016.
The Department will hold one public hearing at the time and place shown below.

The Department invites the public to attend the hearing and comment on the emergency rule ATCP 75. Following the public hearing, the hearing record will remain open until September 6, 2016, for additional written public comments. This emergency rule will be considered for incorporation into a new ATCP 75 in the fall of 2016, and will again be subject to the public hearing process at several locations throughout the state at that time. Comments may be sent to the Division of Food and Recreational Safety at the address below, or to Peter.Haase@wisconsin.gov.
