Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On September 8, 2016, the Labor and Industry Review Commission submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. ANALYSIS
The proposed rule affects LIRC chs. 1 to 5, relating to procedural rules before the commission. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 137-13, was approved by the Governor on October 15, 2013, published in Register No. 695, on November 14, 2013, and approved by the Labor and Industry Review Commission on December 3, 2013. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
