Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 13, 2016, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters NR 20 and 25, relating to Cisco Harvest in Lake Superior. A related emergency rule, EmR 1627, affecting the same Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 053-16, was approved by the Governor on June 3, 2016, published in Register No. 726 A1, on June 6, 2016, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on June 22, 2016. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
