NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CHAPTER PI 34
TEACHER EDUCATION PROGRAM APPROVAL AND LICENSES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 115.28 (7) (a), Stats., and interpreting s. 115.28 (7) (a), Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as follows to consider the promulgation of a permanent rule revising Chapter PI 34, relating to permanent revisions to PI 34 related to Emergency Rule 1623.

For those who cannot attend the public hearing, comments received by the Department will be given the same weight as testimony presented at the hearing.

Written comments on the proposed rules received no later than February 9, 2017 will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
