On December 23, 2016, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 094-16, was approved by the Governor on September 19, 2016, published in Register 2016 730A2, on October 10, 2016, and approved by DHS Secretary, Linda Seemeyer, on October 24, 2016.
