On February 6, 2017, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 111-15, was approved by the Governor on September 14, 2015, published in Register 2015 718A1, on October 5, 2015, and approved by former DHS Secretary, Kitty Rhoades, on November 8, 2015. Subject

A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
