On December 3, 2018, the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters DE 8, relating to preservation of patient health care records. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 083-18, was approved by the Governor on July 3, 2018, published in Register No. 751A4, on July 23, 2018, and approved by Dentistry Examining Board on August 22, 2018. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
