On April 17, 2019, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

The scope statement for this rule, SS 125-18, was approved by the Governor on December 21, 2018 published in Register No 756B, on December 26, 2018, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on January 23, 2019.
