NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to ss. 227.11 (2), 125.03 (1) (a), and 111.335 (4) (f) 6., Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent rule revising Chapter Tax 1 relating to requests for predeterminations regarding license eligibility due to conviction records. Interested persons are invited to appear at the hearing and may make an oral presentation. It is requested that written comments reflecting the oral presentation be given to the department at the hearing.
The rule may be reviewed and written comments made at docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/code or to the contact person listed below no later than January 17, 2020. Written comments will be given the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing.
