Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On March 17, 2021, the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter DE 2, relating to reciprocal credentials for service members, former service members, and their spouses. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 099-20, was approved by the Governor on 7/16/2020, published in Register No. 775b, on 7/27/2020, and approved by Dentistry Examining Board on 8/21/2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
