The scope statement for this rule, SS 085-19, was approved by the Governor on August 9, 2019, published in Register No. 764A3, on August 19, 2019, and approved by Department of Administration Secretary Joel Brennan on October 16, 2019.

A public hearing is required and will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., via conference call.
