NOTICE OF FILING RULES WITH THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
PROPOSED PERMANENT RULES Ch. DHS 157 Rule Submittal Date
On January 27, 2022, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse in accordance with s. 227.15 (1), Stats. Background
The proposed rules affect Chapter DRS 157, relating to Radiation protection requirements for radiation producing machines and radioactive materials.
Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 096-20, was approved by the Governor on July 16, 2020, published in Register No. 775B, on July 27, 2020, and approved by the DRS Secretary on September 15, 2020. Public Hearing
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, following receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
